Educational Project
Empowering the Orphaned and less privileged children Through Education

1. Introduction:
The Eeager Salone Education project aims to provide equitable access to quality education for underprivileged, orphaned, and marginalized children enabling them to reach their full potential and contribute to their communities and society at large. The project focus on creating opportunities for children who face various barriers to education, such as financial constraints, limited resources, and marginalization.
2. Objectives:
- Increase enrollment rates: Our primary objective is to ensure that more children and young adults have access to education by promoting and supporting enrollment in schools.
- Enhance educational facilities: Provide the necessary educational materials, such as books, stationery, and technology resources to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Improve teaching quality: Conduct training programs for young youths who volunteer to enhance their teaching skills, pedagogical strategies, and empathy towards students.
- Encourage skill development: Provide vocational training and entrepreneurship skill development programs to enable youth to secure better employment opportunities and contribute to the advancement of their communities and Sierra Leone as a whole.

Electricity Project
Exploring the Benefits and Applications of Renewable Energy Sources in Electricity Production.
The increasing demand for electricity and the urgent need to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels have led to a growing interest in renewable energy sources for electricity production. This project aims to explore the benefits and applications of solar energy source in meeting our electricity needs in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.
Objective:
The objective of this project is to analyse the advantages and limitations of renewable energy sources and highlight their potential applications in electricity generation. Additionally, the project aims to sole the problem of electricity in the country side.
Methodology:
1. Conduct comprehensive research on each renewable energy source, including solar power, wind energy, hydroelectricity, and geothermal energy.
2. Analyse the benefits and limitations of each energy source in terms of efficiency, reliability, environmental impact, and economic feasibility.
3. To solve the problem of electricity, which has affected the surrounding villages for decades.

Sustainable Agriculture Practices for Small-scale Farmers
1. Introduction:
The project aims to promote sustainable agriculture practices among small-scale farmers to ensure environmental, social, and economic sustainability. By adopting these practices, farmers can enhance productivity, minimize environmental impact, and improve their livelihood.

Objectives:
- Raise awareness among small-scale farmers about the importance of sustainable agricultural practices.
- Educate farmers about various sustainable techniques, such as organic farming, agroforestry, crop rotation, and integrated pest management.
-Solve the problem of food insecurity in society.
- Measure the impact of sustainable agricultural practices on productivity, income, and environmental conservation.
3. Methodology:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate farmers about sustainable agricultural practices.
- Develop training modules.
