Eeager Salone Investment (SL) Ltd. is a Sierra Leone based company with the mission to foster entrepreneurship % digital innovation in rural communities.

Our goal is to eradicate poverty, unemployment, and carbon emissions in Sierra Leone, and we strongly believe that every individual has the right to pursue their dreams regardless of their place of birth.

All our students are eager to give back to their local communities by combating poverty, unemployment, and climate change, using the skills and knowledge they have acquired upon graduation.

We recognized the sociological and psychological effects that youth in our country face, including a lack of entrepreneurship training center and electricity. Sierra Leone has one of the highest rates of orphaned children, as well as other challenges like climate change, unemployment. Shockingly, over 70% of recent graduates in Sierra Leone are unemployed, taking more than two years to secure a job after graduation.
